Creamy Mango Smoothie That’s Thick And Delicious

Ingredients

  • 100 g frozen pumpkin (boiled or steamed, then mashed and frozen into ice cubes )
  • 150 g frozen mango
  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 30 g vanilla protein
  • 100 g soy milk
  • handful ice

Preparation

  1. Boil or steam the pumpkin until soft, then mash and freeze into ice cubes.
  2. Add frozen pumpkin cubes, frozen mango, frozen raspberries, vanilla protein, ice, and soy milk into a blender.
  3. Use the tamper provided with the blender to help combine the ingredients.
  4. Blend on high for a few minutes until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with fresh berries and shredded coconut.
  6. Enjoy your creamy mango smoothie!
