Creamy Mango Smoothie That's Thick And Delicious

- 100 g frozen pumpkin (boiled or steamed, then mashed and frozen into ice cubes )
- 150 g frozen mango
- 50 g frozen raspberries
- 30 g vanilla protein
- 100 g soy milk
- handful ice
Instructions
Preparation
- Boil or steam the pumpkin until soft, then mash and freeze into ice cubes.
- Add frozen pumpkin cubes, frozen mango, frozen raspberries, vanilla protein, ice, and soy milk into a blender.
- Use the tamper provided with the blender to help combine the ingredients.
- Blend on high for a few minutes until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and top with fresh berries and shredded coconut.
- Enjoy your creamy mango smoothie!
