Creamy Mango Smoothie That's Thick And Delicious

  • 100 g frozen pumpkin (boiled or steamed, then mashed and frozen into ice cubes )
  • 150 g frozen mango
  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 30 g vanilla protein
  • 100 g soy milk
  • handful ice



  • Boil or steam the pumpkin until soft, then mash and freeze into ice cubes.
  • Add frozen pumpkin cubes, frozen mango, frozen raspberries, vanilla protein, ice, and soy milk into a blender.
  • Use the tamper provided with the blender to help combine the ingredients.
  • Blend on high for a few minutes until thick and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and top with fresh berries and shredded coconut.
  • Enjoy your creamy mango smoothie!
