- 500 g cauliflower florets
- 40 g butter
- 75 g cream cheese
- 1 pinch salt & pepper

Preparation
- Roughly chop cauliflower florets and place them into the TC Pro M2.0 bowl and pulse 3-4 times.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl Add 40g butter and cook at temperature 100C, 12 minutes, speed 2 with a measuring cup in place.
- Add 75g softened cream cheese, seconds, speed 7.
- Serve hot with chosen main.
- Cream cheese can be substituted with coconut cream or sour cream.
