- 1 cup cranberries, or ½ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 1 cup coconut water, as desired

- Add all of the ingredients to your Optimum high-speed blender in the order above. Blend until smooth.
