Christmas Trifle Bowl
Ingredients
Ingredients for the cream
- 250 ml milk
- 200 ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 80 g sugar
- 40 g corn flour
- 3 egg yolks

- In the Thermocook bowl add milk and double cream and vanilla. Cook at 95 Degrees Celsius, Speed 1 for 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk sugar with corn flour and egg yolks.
- Slowly add the egg mix to the Thermocook bowl while mixing on speed 1 at 80 degrees Celsius for 1 minute.
- Start by layering up the trifle, add sponge cake first (cut into medium pieces), and next add the jello.
- And finally start layering up your trifle with the vanilla pastry cream you just made, red fruits or any fruits (you can use canned ones, but fresh is always better) and whipping cream, the more you add layers, the more you have to eat.
- Enrich your bowl with blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. And there you go, Trifle for Christmas Eve.
