Christmas Cookies

- 225 g unsalted butter
- 200 g white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 400 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a Thermocook bowl and select the preset knitting function.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into desired shapes.
- Bake the cookies on prepared baking sheets until the edges are golden.
- Unfrosted cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
