Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 225 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 400 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a Thermocook bowl and select the preset knitting function.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut it into desired shapes.
  3. Bake the cookies on prepared baking sheets until the edges are golden.
  4. Unfrosted cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
  5. Enjoy!
