Chocolate Shell Snickers Cocktail

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 shots scotch whisky
  • 1/2 cup cashew
  • 1/3 cup Cream or coconut cream
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or sugar-free syrup
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  • Place your cashews in a bowl then add very hot but not boiling water, cover and let cashews sit in the water for about 10 minutes then drain.
  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. Depending on the power of your blender, you might need to add a little Almond milk (any type of milk you have) to make the process easier.
  • Divided nice cream among 2 glasses then add some peanut butter to the middle.
  • Then pour the melted chocolate over the nice cream. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour (depending on the chocolate layer thickness).
  • Serve and enjoy.
