Chocolate Shell Snickers Cocktail

- 2 bananas
- 2 shots scotch whisky
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1/3 cup Cream or coconut cream
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2-3 tbsp honey or sugar-free syrup
- 4 tbsp peanut butter

- Place your cashews in a bowl then add very hot but not boiling water, cover and let cashews sit in the water for about 10 minutes then drain.
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. Depending on the power of your blender, you might need to add a little Almond milk (any type of milk you have) to make the process easier.
- Divided nice cream among 2 glasses then add some peanut butter to the middle.
- Then pour the melted chocolate over the nice cream. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour (depending on the chocolate layer thickness).
- Serve and enjoy.
