  • 1/2 medium ripe banana (1 cup banana)
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp raw cocoa powder (cocoa powder)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

  • Place the ingredients into your Optimum high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust measurements to suit your taste. I like to go easy on the cocoa powder and then add more if necessary.
