Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 medjol dates pre-soaked
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until well combined.
  2. Form the balls and decorate them with coconut flakes. Store in the fridge.
  3. You can freeze part of it for later.
  4. Enjoy!
