- 125 g butter
- 110 g white sugar
- 110 g brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 260 g self raising flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 150 g chocolate chips

- Place butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla into TC ProM2.0 bowl. Cream together for 1 minute, speed 4. With TC still running, add the egg through the hole in the lid.
- Continue mixing for 30 seconds, speed 4.
- Add flour and salt and mix for 30 seconds on reverse speed 3.
- Add chocolate chips and stir through with a spatula.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture on trays, leaving room for spreading.
- Bake in moderate oven 180C for 10-12 minutes.
- Great for an afternoon treat. Reducing sugar makes a very tasty healthier cookie.
