Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients
Ingredients 500g
- 165 ml water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 300 g bread fluor
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Add to the automatic fruit and nut dispenser or at the beeps during the knead 2 cycle:
- 45 g chocolate chips, chopped and chilled
Ingredients 750g
- 250 ml water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 450 g bread fluor
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Add to the automatic fruit and nut dispenser or at the beeps during the knead 2 cycle:
- 90 g chocolate chips, chopped and chilled
Ingredients 1kg
- 330 ml water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 600 g bread fluor
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
Add to the automatic fruit and nut dispenser or at the beeps during the knead 2 cycle:
- 135 g chocolate chips, chopped and chilled
Instructions
Preparation
- Place ingredients into the bread pan in the exact order listed in the recipe.
- Wipe spills from the outside of the bread pan.
- Insert the bread pan into position in the baking chamber and close the lid.
- Press SELECT to access the SWEET setting.
- Press LOAF SIZE to set it if required.
- Press START | PAUSE to commence operation.
- At the end of the setting, press STOP.
- Remove bread from the bread machine and bread pan. Cool bread on a rack.
- Ensure the collapsible kneading blade is in the upright position before adding ingredients.
