- 120 g dark chocolate
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.16 tsp salt
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation
- Chop chocolate and place in TC ProM2.0 bowl, melt gently for 30 seconds, 40C, speed 1, repeat if needed, make sure chocolate does not burn. Allow cooling.
- When cool, add avocado flesh, cocoa powder, milk of choice, vanilla, and salt to the chocolate. Blend for 40 seconds, speed 7 until smooth and creamy, scraping down the edge of the bowl as needed. Taste and add some maple syrup as needed.
- Spoon into glasses. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until firm.
- Served with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fruit as desired.
