Chocolate Avocado Cream with Fruits
Ingredients
Ingredients for the Avocado Cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2-3 tsp cacao powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate (depending on how chocolaty you want it)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- vanilla extract (optional)
- maple syrup or honey (optional)
Ingredients for the Fruit Sauce
- 2 cup fresh fruit of the season
- 1 leaf gelatin
- 1 cup whipped cream

Preparation
- Prepare the avocados and the other ingredients.
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool down! This is very important as nothing should be over 65°C when being poured into the jug as this could damage the jug.
- Put all ingredients into the blender and blend on high for about 45 seconds. Then check the consistency and blend further if needed.
Fruit sauce preparation
- Put all in the blender and blend on high for 20-35 seconds or use pulse instead.
- Prepare 1 leaf gelatine , pour it into the fruit sauce and let it set a bit. Then prepare whipped cream and mix it with the fruit sauce.
- Now fill the chocolate avocado cream into dessert glasses and add the fruit sauce. Top with fresh fruit of the season.
