Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken thigh
  • onion
  • garlic
  • celery
  • fresh herbs
  • 150 g salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water (can be substituted with the white wine)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mince chicken for 10 seconds on Speed 7. Remove from the bowl.
  • Add vegetables and fresh herbs into a bowl and chop for 20 seconds on speed 5.
  • Add salt and vinegar and minced chicken. Add simmer basket and Cook on temperature 120 for 25 minutes at speed 2.
  • Remove simmer basket, insert lid and Blend on speed 10 for 1 minute. Transfer in jars and let cool down.
  • The cooked paste can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 months.
