- 300 g chicken thigh
- onion
- garlic
- celery
- fresh herbs
- 150 g salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water (can be substituted with the white wine)
Instructions
Preparation
- Mince chicken for 10 seconds on Speed 7. Remove from the bowl.
- Add vegetables and fresh herbs into a bowl and chop for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- Add salt and vinegar and minced chicken. Add simmer basket and Cook on temperature 120 for 25 minutes at speed 2.
- Remove simmer basket, insert lid and Blend on speed 10 for 1 minute. Transfer in jars and let cool down.
- The cooked paste can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 months.
