Chia Pudding Green Smoothie Recipe

Pudding ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Smoothie ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • kale
  • 1 dash protein powder
  • 1 tsp greens powder
  • 1 dash soy milk

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • granola
  • mango

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia pudding ingredients together and leave in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours – stir occasionally.
  2. Once the chia pudding has been set, blend all the smoothie ingredients together.
  3. In a cup or bowl add the chia pudding, then the bowl and top off with the toppings and enjoy.
