Chia Pudding Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
Pudding ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Smoothie ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- kale
- 1 dash protein powder
- 1 tsp greens powder
- 1 dash soy milk
Toppings
- peanut butter
- granola
- mango
Instructions
Preparation
- Mix the chia pudding ingredients together and leave in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours - stir occasionally.
- Once the chia pudding has been set, blend all the smoothie ingredients together.
- In a cup or bowl add the chia pudding, then the bowl and top off with the toppings and enjoy.
