  • 125 g diced ham
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 300 g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 220 g milk
  • 125 g creamed corn



  • Preheat oven to 180C. Grease muffin tin with olive oil.
  • Place ham in TC ProM2.0 bowl, chop for 8 seconds, speed 4.
  • Add 100g grated cheese, 1 zucchini, grated, 300g self-raising flour, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 1 egg, 220g milk, and 125g creamed corn. Mix for 25 seconds, reverse speed 3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  • Mix again for 20 seconds reverse.
  • Spoon into greased tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch. Allow cooling in tins for 10 mins.
  • Great for school lunches or afternoon snacks.
