- 30 g butter
- 15 g plain flour
- 250 g milk
- 100 g tasty cheese
- 25 g parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg

Preparation
- Place 2cm cube pieces of tasty parmesan cheese into your TC ProM2.0 bowl and grate for 10 seconds, speed 10 until finely grated.
- Add 30g butter, 15g flour, 250g milk, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 7 minutes, 80C, speed 4.
- Use any milk of choice.
- Use gluten-free flour as a substitute.
- Serve and enjoy!
