  • 30 g butter
  • 15 g plain flour
  • 250 g milk
  • 100 g tasty cheese
  • 25 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg



  • Place 2cm cube pieces of tasty parmesan cheese into your TC ProM2.0 bowl and grate for 10 seconds, speed 10 until finely grated.
  • Add 30g butter, 15g flour, 250g milk, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 7 minutes, 80C, speed 4.
  • Use any milk of choice.
  • Use gluten-free flour as a substitute.
  • Serve and enjoy!
