- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cardamon
- 0.25 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 750 g water
- 2 tsp vegetable stock
- 450 g coconut cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider viegar
- 1 large head of cauliflower
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut onions into quarters and add with garlic cloves to the TC ProM2.0 bowl.
- Chop for 5 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down the sides.
- Add olive oil and saute at temperature 120C, 4 minutes, speed 2.
- Add ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cardamon, tsp chili flakes, and Tumeric. Saute at 120C, 4 minutes, speed 2.
- Add roughly chopped cauliflower. Chop 10 seconds, speed 4.
- Add water, vegetable stock powder, coconut cream, and apple cider vinegar.
- Simmer at 100C, speed 2 for 25 minutes. Place simmering basket on top instead of measuring cup.
- Blend for 2 minutes, speed 4 until creamy.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
- Top with fresh herbs for a tasty finish.
