- 1 cup green juice pulp

- Place in a blender and use some of the cooking water to retain the nutrients or use almond milk for a creamier finish (if you do not have a glass blender allowed to cool before blending).
- Add 1 cup of green juice pulp, season with salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
- Blend until nice and smooth, serve as a healthy nutritious lunch or dinner.
