Cashew Chocolate Mousse

- 125 g soaked cashews
- 115 ml hot water
- 35 g raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 15 g coconut oil
- 80 g honey
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and let it cool in the fridge.
