Cashew Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 125 g soaked cashews
  • 115 ml hot water
  • 35 g raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 15 g coconut oil
  • 80 g honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and let it cool in the fridge.
  3. Enjoy!
