Carrot-Ginger Juice Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 large carrot
  • 1 celery heart
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 thumb-size piece of ginger
  • 1/4 small shallots
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Juice all the ingredients and add coconut water when your preparation is ready.
  2. Warm your soup in a saucepan barely warmer than room temperature. Add seasonings like curry powder, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper if you wish.
