Ingredients
  

Ingredients fro the cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • fresh ginger
  • groundnut
  • cinnamon
  • dried raisins & walnuts

Ingredients for the icing

  • 1 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 cup sugar powder
  • 4 tsp heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation of the cake

  • Place all the ingredients for the cake in your Optimum high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer batter to the baking mold and bake in the oven for 40 min at 200C.
  • Let it cool down.

Preparation of the icing

  • Place room temperature butter, icing sugar, and heavy cream in your Optimum blender and blend until smooth.
