  • 1 frozen banana, chopped (peel your banana prior to freezing)
  • 6 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp concentrated natural vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients into your Optimum high-speed blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve, drink and enjoy!
