Breakfast Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

- 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 cup water to cook quinoa
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2-3 dates (optional)
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- fresh strawberries
- hemp hearts
- goji berries
Instructions
Preparation
- Cook the quinoa and let it cool.
- In a high-speed blender, place: quinoa, frozen berries, frozen banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately topped with your favourite fruits and toppings.
- Enjoy!
