Breakfast Superfood Smoothie Bowl Recipe

  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 cup water to cook quinoa
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 dates (optional)


  • 1/2 banana
  • fresh strawberries
  • hemp hearts
  • goji berries



  • Cook the quinoa and let it cool.
  • In a high-speed blender, place: quinoa, frozen berries, frozen banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately topped with your favourite fruits and toppings.
  • Enjoy!
