  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 125 g coconut yogurt
  • vegetable milk or water to taste
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina

Topping

  • kiwi
  • paspberries
  • oat flakes

Preparation

  • Peel and slice 3 ripe bananas and leave them in the freezer overnight. The next morning, take them out of the freezer 10 minutes before proceeding to prepare the smoothie.
  • In a powerful blender put the frozen bananas and two ripe bananas. Also add a drop of plant milk, 125 g of coconut yogurt, 4 dates, and a teaspoon of blue spirulina. Blend everything.
  • Pour everything into a bowl and decorate as desired. The Blue Smoothie Bowl is ready to be enjoyed!
