  • 1/2 cup vanilla bean yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup vanilla bean yoghurt
  • 6-8 macadamia halved
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 pieces dried pineapple
  • 2 pieces naked ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 piece dried mango, julienned
  • edible

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place 1/2 cup of yogurt in a small bowl, sprinkle over the blue spirulina and lightly mix
  • In a blender jug, place the frozen fruits & the rest of the yogurt, blend until combined, and add a little milk or coconut water if needed.
  • Pour into your bowl.
  • Top with the yogurt, coconut flakes, and dried fruit. Place a few edible flowers for a pretty vibe!
  • Enjoy!
