- 450 ml skim milk
- 150 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cup plain flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
Preparation
- Place milk, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla in the blender. Add flour and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately four tablespoons for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
