  • 450 ml skim milk
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder



  • Place milk, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla in the blender. Add flour and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately four tablespoons for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
