  • 500 g beef meat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 10 g paprika
  • 20 g parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend the meat in the bowl at a speed of 10 for 30 seconds. Now mix by hand with the spatula, and add the egg yolk, parsley, and paprika.
  • Salt and pepper and blend again for 10 seconds. Then take the stuffing out of the bowl and mix slightly with your hands to form the meatballs.
  • Cook them in a frying pan at high heat. (in olive oil)
  • Cook the meatballs for around 10 minutes.
