Ingredients

  • 1/4 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp of flour

Preparation

  1. Add the milk into the bowl and bring to boil at 100°C at speed 1. Program 2 minutes at 80°C at speed 1.
  2. Add the melted butter, the flour, and the milk to the bowl while the program is running.
  3. Enjoy!
