  • 1 pitted date (optional)
  • 150 g milk
  • 6 ice cubes if using fresh banana

  • Combine all ingredients in the TC ProM2.0 bowl, and secure the lid with the measuring cup in place. Blend for 20 seconds, and speed 10 until nice and smooth.
