Baked Oats with Melted Chocolate

- 1 banana
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 peace sugar-free dark chocolate
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°c and lightly grease 2 Large or 3 small ramekins.
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour batter into ramekins and add a piece of dark chocolate to the middle of each one.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
