Baked Oats with Melted Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 peace sugar-free dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c and lightly grease 2 Large or 3 small ramekins.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into ramekins and add a piece of dark chocolate to the middle of each one.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
