  • 1 chicken breast
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g bean sprout
  • 20 g coriander
  • 100 ml lime juice
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 200 ml neutral oil
  • 50 ml sesame oil
  • 1 tsp tabasco
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.7 l water

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken into strips. Put the water into the bowl and cook it at 100°C for 5 minutes. Put the chicken strips into the steaming basket. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the steaming basket into the ThermoCook and set it to 20 minutes.
  • Now peel the cucumbers and carrots and form thin bands with a peeler.
  • Cut the salad into strips as well. Mix the carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, and coriander in a salad bowl. Once the chicken is cooked, empty the bowl.
  • Now put the lime juice, soy sauce, neutral oil, sesame oil, and tabasco into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 45 seconds.
  • Add the chicken strips and half of the soy sauce into the salad bowl. Mix and serve.
