Asian Chicken Salad

- 1 chicken breast
- 100 g cucumber
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 100 g bean sprout
- 20 g coriander
- 100 ml lime juice
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 200 ml neutral oil
- 50 ml sesame oil
- 1 tsp tabasco
- salt
- pepper
- 0.7 l water

Preparation
- Cut the chicken into strips. Put the water into the bowl and cook it at 100°C for 5 minutes. Put the chicken strips into the steaming basket. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaming basket into the ThermoCook and set it to 20 minutes.
- Now peel the cucumbers and carrots and form thin bands with a peeler.
- Cut the salad into strips as well. Mix the carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, and coriander in a salad bowl. Once the chicken is cooked, empty the bowl.
- Now put the lime juice, soy sauce, neutral oil, sesame oil, and tabasco into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 45 seconds.
- Add the chicken strips and half of the soy sauce into the salad bowl. Mix and serve.
