How to Make Everything But the Kitchen Sink Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100-200 g mixed fruit/veg
  • 1-2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • cinnamon, cacao, a handful of spinach optional

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
