Almond milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
- 1-2 l water
- 1 tsp maple syrop (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
Preparation
- Soak almonds overnight. Rinse and drain the water.
- Add almonds and water into a blender and blend at high speed for 45 seconds.
- Pour all the liquid into a nut milk bag and strain well.
- Pour the milk into a glass container and store it in the fridge for 3-4 days.
