Almond Caramel Slice - No Bake Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients for the base
- 2 cup dates
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Ingredients for the salted caramel filling
- 200 g soaked cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1 pinch salt
- vanilla paste (optional)
Toppings
- melted dark chocolate
- pistachios
Instructions
Preparation
- Add ingredients for the base into a blender and blend well. Put it aside.
- In a blender add the ingredients for the salted caramel. Blend at high speed until smooth.
- Use a container with high borders. Place the base mix at the bottom and press down well.
- Pour salted caramel on top.
- Melt chocolate and cover the top with it.
- Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Enjoy!
