Almond Caramel Slice - No Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  

Ingredients for the base

  • 2 cup dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Ingredients for the salted caramel filling

  • 200 g soaked cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1 pinch salt
  • vanilla paste (optional)

Toppings

  • melted dark chocolate
  • pistachios

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add ingredients for the base into a blender and blend well. Put it aside.
  • In a blender add the ingredients for the salted caramel. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  • Use a container with high borders. Place the base mix at the bottom and press down well.
  • Pour salted caramel on top.
  • Melt chocolate and cover the top with it.
  • Place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Enjoy!
