Açai Mango and Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk (in a can, use both liquid and the solid part)
  • 200 g frozen açai pulp
  • 200 g frozen mango

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Prepare the ice cream moulds and place them in the freezer for at least three to four hours.
  • Then check the consistency, if it's too hard, leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes, if the consistency seems right, your ice cream is now ready to be served.
  • Enjoy!
