- 10 presoaked Medjool dates
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you find the mixture is too wet, you can add a few tbsp of almond flour or add extra shredded coconut
- Using your hands create small balls. You can use shredded coconut as decoration.
