3-Layer Colourful Avocado Mango Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients for the avocado layer

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp sugar free maple syrup

Ingredients for the mango layer

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/4 cup mango yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup water (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup

Ingredients for the strawberry layer

  • 150 g strawberries
  • 2 tsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp water

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients for each layer into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Tilt the glass and pour smoothie layers into a glass.
  3. Enjoy!
