This spaghetti sauce recipe is absolutely delicious, can be made in 2 minutes, and has a short ingredient list. This simple, veggie-packed sauce is low in fat and high in fibre, making it an ideal way to jump-start your diet.

2 Minute Green Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful coriander
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 tbsp parmesan or nutritional yeast
  • 200 ml a2 milk
  • salt and pepper
  • spaghetti, to serve

Preparation

  1. Cook spaghetti until it is al dente. In the blender, blend up the peas, spinach, coriander, parsley, coriander, parsley, parmesan, and a2 Milk.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. You can warm the sauce for a few minutes until it is
    hot, or warm it in a pan before adding the spaghetti.
  3. Coat the spaghetti in the sauce and serve.
