Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup diced apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
